4 Orders, Pricing & Taxes

• Order Validation: We reserve the right to verify, decline, or refund any transaction flagged by automated anti-fraud security filters.
• Regional Taxes: EU VAT (under OSS rules) and US state sales taxes are calculated transparently at checkout based on your billing location.

6 Activation Guarantee & 1-Year Warranty

• Activation Window: Please activate your digital key within 24 to 72 hours to immediately verify platform validity.
• 1-Year Warranty: Every genuine key is covered by our 1-year functionality warranty against license invalidation.
• Warranty Exclusions: Does not cover device incompatibility, customer error during installation, or third-party account suspensions.

7 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Defective Keys: If a key fails to activate, provide an error screenshot to support. Verified defective codes will be immediately replaced or refunded.

Non-Refundable: Keys already redeemed, incorrect edition choices where codes were revealed, or purchases where system specifications were not met.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under EU and US law, HppyKeys provides its service on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific digital key in dispute.

9 Disputes & Arbitration

• EU Consumers: You may submit complaints to the official European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
• US Consumers: Any disputes will be resolved through individual binding arbitration (AAA) with a waiver of class action proceedings.
